Here is a breakdown of basic prices for businesses that do not have a support contract with ACS Technology. I will happily work with any company, business or organisation whether they wish to take out a support contract or not.
The purpose of support contracts through it to improve the level of service you receive, and reduce the cost listed on this page for businesses who need lots of support. For more information on the types of IT support contract I offer please click here.
Basic Prices:
- Callout/on-site work £50 for the first hour, £35 per hour after that. *
- Collect and Return service £25. *
- Workshop Labour £35 per hour.
- Out of hours/Emergency work £65 per hour. *
