Having an IT Support Contract should provide you with cost savings, better security and superior service. Our contracts aim to take the stress and confusion out of managing your own IT systems, prevent failures and security breaches and to make costs more predictable.
The prices here are guidelines only. This is the price you would pay for a single Device or Managed Service such as a website. The more devices and or services your business has the lowers the cost per item becomes.
Please note: I am not VAT registered at this time. All contracts are rolling 30-day contracts. All Payments will be taken by Direct Debit.
Basic IT support Contracts – £12 per month per item
This Service provides three benefits:
- Priority over all none contracted customers for all job types.
- Unlimited Free Remote Support for all covered PCs, Laptops and Servers in normal working hours
- 10% discount to the basic prices for all other labour costs (see here) as well as all hardware and software purchased from ACS technology.
Maintenance IT Support Contracts – £30 per month per item
Maintenance contracts provide unlimited free remote, on-site* and workshop labour for all devices, during normal working hours. They also provide a 30% discount on emergency and out of hours work*.
Labour relating to adding new items or features is charged for as normal but with a 10% discount.
You also get the same 10% discount to any hardware or software purchased from ACS including anything needed for maintenance.
